in bjj focused on half guard sweep. as you’re in half guard and lying on right side you grab your opponents right hand to stop any under hooks. next you’ll place your right hand on opponents left hip, block opponents right leg and place your right knee under opponents left thigh and butt. in one motion you raise your right leg against opponents butt while at the same time pushing opponents hip to other side of mat, finishing the sweep. make sure to hip out a little to gain leverage with right leg. If opponent counters and tries to place their hand on mat before sweep, anticipate this and push hips down as oppose to the side.
