Warm-up;
5 Rds of Suicides (20 second rest in between rds)
2 Plank holds 1 min each (1 min rest in between rds)
Xfit WOD;
“Death by 10 meters”
The clock starts, you run 10M. Your rest period is what is remaining during the minute when you finish the 10M. Second round you run 2 times 10M (or 20M) then rest until the minute is up then you go again. This is a 20 minute running clock workout.
