10 minutes of gassers (1/2)
Xfit WOD;
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5…and 1
Ground to overhead (65lbs, 35lbs)
Hands on bar push up’s
Squat clean
The objective is to not remove hands from the bar the entire time. Once you complete GOH keep hands on bar and do push up’s then raise from plank position and stand holding bar, perform squat cleans, repeat. If you remove your hands count 2 burpee penalty each occasion then complete at end of WOD. This will still go against your overall time.
