- 6 Minute AMRAP – 6 Lunges holding 45lbs/25lbs / 18 Sit-Ups
- 5 Minute AMRAP – 5 Push Press / 15 Air Squats
- 4 Minute AMRAP – 4 Power Clean / 12 DU’s
- 3 Minute AMRAP – 3 Snatch / 9 Push-Ups
- 2 Minute AMRAP – 2 Squat Cleans / 6 Box Jumps (18″)
- 1 Minute AMRAP – 1 Split Jerk / 3 Burpees
Barbell weight is 65lbs/45lbs for all exercises and starts from the floor.
