Warm up:
Samson stretch (15 secs ea. leg x3)
2 round of;
1 min plank hold
1 min sit up’s
1 min hollow hold
Xfit WOD:
With a continuously running clock, do one push press and one box jump the first minute, two push press and two box jumps the second minute, three push press and three box jumps the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. When you cannot complete the required number of reps for either exercise, continue only with the other as long as you are able. Weight for push press is 55lbs/35lbs and box jump is 20″/16″
Use as many sets in any order each minute as needed.
