3 exercises, 3, 2, 1 mins. with 1 min rest in between.
exercises;
15 lbs wall ball
ring pulls
burpees
rd. one, start with wall ball and do AMRAP in 3 mins. when time is up jump to ring pulls and do AMRAP in 3 mins. when time is up jump to burpees and go for 3 mins. Rest 1 min then start rd 2 following the same routine but for 2 mins. Rest for 1 min then start the last rd doing AMRAP for 1 min. Done!

Able to complete 130 wall balls, 110 ring pulls and 56 burpees.
