Warm Up:

5, 4, 3, 2, 1 of
Thrusters (95#/65#)

1 mile run

This will be done with a partner, your rest is how long it takes your partner to do their set. Once the last set/rep is finished, partners start run together. The partner who finishes last on the run subtracts their time from their partners time and for every 5 sec difference each partner does 1 burpee.
