For those that signed up (or still want to sign up) to participate in the Cross Fit Games Open, WOD #1 has been posted (see description of WOD below). Team Duncan Deviant still needs one female athlete to complete the team, anyone interested?

As it stands right now, Scott, Susie, and myself will attempt WOD #1 tomorrow morning. Kurt will complete the WOD in Florida and Sonja will complete the WOD on Saturday. If anyone decides to sign up and attempt WOD #1 feel free to join us. Keep in mind a video of the WOD is required in order to post on Cross Fit Games Open site. As for the rest of the group, please see your WOD below.

Games Open WOD #1

Warm Up:

8 laps around the gym
20 Squats
20 Mountain Climbers

Xfit WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
12 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
9 Bar-facing burpees
6 Thruster (75#/55#)

Go as hard as you can! You can rest when the clock stops!
