Meet in the big gym.

Warm Up:

2 rounds of;

2 minutes, Rear Overhead Throws – partner up and stand 10 feet apart. Whoever has the med ball first turn around and throw the ball backwards over your head to your partner. Turn around to receive their throw.
1 minute sit up’s
Run wall-wall-wall-wall

Xfit WOD:

15 minute AMRAP of;

Running jump rope the length of the gym x2
Deadlift (135#/95#) no modification
HRPU’s

Team’s of 3 (at least one girl per team). 3,2,1 go…athlete 1 runs wall-wall-wall-wall jumping rope while athlete’s two and three do as many reps as possible at either dead’s or HRPU’s. Once athlete 1 is finished, he/she starts dead’s, dead’s go to HRPU’s and HRPU’s start running/jumping. this cycle continues for 15 minutes.
