Xfit WOD:
In Teams of 4 complete the following;
200 Burpees
400 Sit up’s
600 Box jumps (20″)
Only two people per team can be working at the same time. All reps of each exercise must be completed before moving on to the next exercise and the exercises must be completed in the order listed. Depending on the amount of people that show up, if a team of 3 is necessary the following reps are required to complete the WOD; 150 burpees, 300 sit up’s and 450 box jumps.
