Pre-WOD Warmy
Xfit WOD:
Grab the balls (wall balls that is…Susie) and meet on the soccer field.
15 minutes AMRAP of:
Run one length of the soccer field
Burpees
Wall ball squat cleans (20#/14#)
Teams of 3 (at least one girl/team) will complete the above WOD in relay format. For example, athlete #1 is stationed at the far end of the soccer field and gets ready to perform wall ball squat cleans. Athlete #2 is stationed at the other end of the field ready to perform burpees. Once the clock starts, athlete #3 runs the length of the field while athlete #1 and #2 do AMRAP with their prescribed exercise. Once athlete #3 meets up with athlete #1 they switch (athlete #3 goes to wall ball squat clean and athlete #1 runs back to athlete #2. Once athlete #1 meets up with athlete #2 they switch (athlete #1 goes to burpees and athlete #2 runs back to athlete #3) and so forth until time expires.
