Since we only have access to 4 rowers, a max of 8 athletes will be able to participate in each heat. Myself, Scott, Kurt, Kevin H. and Mike have committed to the early start time of 5:30am. The first heat still has room for 1 or 3 more guys or 1 guy 2 girls. Please plan on showing up at 5:15 to help set up and get a quick warm up in before the start time. Heat 2 will start at 5:45 and heat 3 will start at 6:00. Feel free to sleep in a few extra minutes if you want to go at 5:45 or 6:00. IF a modification is necessary, guys mod to 155# and girls 100# on the deads. The WOD should take about 10-15 minutes.
