Warm up 5-10 minutes

Xfit WOD:

5K run (meet on field for warm up – you’ll leave the field and head down Eldridge going north (cross Eldridge and 64th) – the road bends left (now heading west) about 1/3 of a mile into the run and turns into 66th – following that until Fig Street and turn right (now heading north on Fig) – Following the road which bends right until you get to an intersection, run straight through it (which Fig St now becomes 68th) – run this stretch of road until you get to 72nd (stop light at top of hill) – turn around at this point, retrace the route and make your way back to the Y.

Then…when you return from the run immediately perform 50 push up’s, 75 sit up’s and 100 BW squats back on the field.
