Xfit WOD:

AMRAP in 12 minutes of;

10 Med ball throws (20#/14#), (15’/12′)
Sprint to half field and back
10 Power cleans (95#/65#)

Only one scale is allowed (to help with set up). Men at 75#, women at 45#. Please don’t grab any body pump bars.

There will be heats since there are only 8 med balls (4 20#, 4 14#). First heat will start at 5:45, then 6:00, 6:15 and so on depending on how many show up. If you want to show up later and run in a later heat that’s fine.

Equipment:
5 olympic bars
3 35# bars
All med balls
2 sets of 5# plates
10#, 15# and 25# plates
