On the minute as many rounds as possible of:
Front Squats (115#/75#)
DU’s (3:1 single skips)
3,2,1…go, within the first minute you’ll preform 1 front squat and 2 DU’s, minute two 2 front squats and 4 DU’s, minute three 3 front squats and 6 DU’s…etc. until you can’t complete BOTH exercises within one minute.
Rest 2 minutes then do AMRAP of burpees with a 5 minute time limit.
Scaled front squats (95#/55#). Please make this weight using body pump bars only.
Depending on group size there may be a couple heats. We’ll try to mix in Rx’d and scaled athlete’s to limit the number of heats.
