50 Box jump, 24 inch box (no scaling on box jump, step if you must)
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, (55#/35#) (grab 20# KB for scaled version)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 supermans
50 Wall ball shots, (20#/14#, 10 ft and 9ft target height)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
A few of us will be at the gym early to set up and start the WOD. For those that show up at 5:30 and later, warm up for about 5 minutes then start the WOD at the first exercise (Box Jumps). Every one will complete WOD in the order above. Feel free to show up a little later so you’re not standing around waiting a turn.
