Broad jumps for 5 minutes

rest for 3 minutes

3 minutes to complete:

15 back squats 95#, then one of the following exercises for REPS:
Burpees
Box Jumps
Double Unders
swings 55#/35#
Knees to Bar

-15 Back Squats will be performed each round, however, the exercise that is being performed for reps will change each time until all 5 rounds are complete.

REST 1 minutes between rounds
