3 minutes of DU’s – no single skips, practice your DU’s

2 minute rest…then

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

15 Hang cleans (95#/65#) **every 3rd rep perform a power clean**
15 Deficit push-ups, hands on 25# plates
15 Box jumps, (24”/20”)
