Come on xfitter’s, tomorrow is the last day to sign up for the challenge (if you want to pick up your shirt the day of the event). Remember, we’re putting on the challenge to support the Y’s community campaign and to get some more equipment for the group. You still have until the night before to sign up so don’t panic but get on it!
Warm Up:
Warmy
Paused scissor jumps 10x’s each leg
20 paused frog jumps – deep squat jump/explode, focus on height
Power skipping with 14# wall ball down and back x2 (rest after first set)- focus on both jump height and distance
Xfit WOD:
100 Burpees with a cut off time of 15 minutes
With a running clock, every 2:30 minutes perform 25 DU’s (50 singles), clock will be set accordingly
