Warm Up:
Warmy
Leap frog (baseline to baseline); partner up, athlete 1 performs a burpee then jumps over partner who’s in plank position, athlete 2 now performs a burpee then jumps over partner who’s in plank position.
Xfit WOD:
In teams of 3 or 4 complete for time:
100 Thrusters (95#/55#)
100 Box jumps, (24″/20″)
100 Wall balls sit up’s, (20#/14#)
100 Cleans (95#/55#)
100 Push up’s
Teams must complete each movement before moving forward. Only one athlete working at a time. If in a team of 4, 400 DU’s or team of 3, 300 DU’s must be completed at the end of push up’s.
