Teams of three complete AMRAP for 30 minutes of;
4 Push press (95#/65#)
8 SDHP (95#/65#)
12 Front squat (95#/65#)
One athlete is working, one holds in plank position (until the athlete working is finished, either in push up position or elbows) and one is resting.
Then……1250 push up’s! We’ll divide this up once we know how many show up. Thanks a lot Jess! You better hope several show up.
