team workout

team of two, first partner preforms exercise for 1 min.  next partner preforms same exercise for 1 min.  add reps up from each partner and write down.  immediately go to the next exercise and repeat process.  three rounds to complete workout.

swings – 55 lbs / 25 lbs
pull ups
push press 75 lbs / 45 lbs
squats
push ups
