IWOD:

2 minute warm up on treadmill then…
at 5K pace run;
1 minute on 1 minute off
:50 seconds on :50 off
:40/:40
:30/:30
:20/:20
:10/:10…then back up the ladder finishing after running 1 minute

Rest 5 minutes then…

3 rounds for time of;
Lunges-50 feet (45# plate over head, wearing 20# weighted vest)
Farmer walk- 50 feet (carry heavy DB’s, wearing weighted vest)
10 Push up’s (wearing weighted vest)
