Warm Up:

5 rounds, handstand holds 30 second each round with 30 second rest
Xfit WOD:
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
3 Power cleans
Loads can be increased or decreased each round if desired. No dropping and regripping allowed.
Then with a partner, 10 rounds of:
25 DU’s (3:1 single skips)
Push Up’s
Partner 1 performs as many push up’s as possible while partner 2 jumps, then switch. Score is total push up’s for team.
