95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
10 Pull-ups
25 DU’s or 75 singles
Rest 2 mins.
5 ROUNDS of 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off:
* 1 Burpee
* 1 Roll to Candle Stick
* 1 Straight Jump
Try to connect this basic gymnastics agility piece without pausing between the Straight Jump and Burpee. Try to cycle through the exercises continuously for the full 45 seconds for each round.
