AMRAP 20 minutes of;
3,2,1…go start with 10 bar facing burpees (simultaneously with your partner) Once finished complete the follow exercises until the 2 minute mark. At the top of each 2 minute mark, complete the burpee rep count then back to the sit up’s and front squat sequence.
6 Weighted sit up’s (hold 25# plate behind head, partner holds feet)
