Warm Up:

Take 5 minutes to warm up on today’s exercises – this “could” be a long WOD – 40+ minutes. Try showing up a little early to help set up, 5:15ish
Xfit WOD:
For Time (with a Partner)
58 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in, alternate)
2,500 meter Run (together) – Run will be in the gym on treadmills
200 meter Walking Lunges (together) – 7 total down and backs (baseline to baseline)
Wear a Weight Vest
Rest 2 minutes
Then, complete 4 Rounds of:
33 Hang Power Cleans (105/65) / Partner Deadlift Hold (135/95)
28 Burpee / Partner Dead Hang Hold
With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible. For the first part of the workout, athletes must wear a Weight Vest. Athletes will complete 58 Box Jump Overs, switching after every rep. Then, both athletes will accomplish the 2,500 meter Run together and the 200 meter Walking Lunges together. Rest 2 minutes. Remove the Weight Vest and proceed to 4 rounds of 33 Hang Power Cleans while the other athlete holds a Deadlift and 28 Burpee while the other athlete hangs from the Pull-Up Bar. Switch as necessary.
