KB carry

Box jump step ups

Push ups

Run for 20 secs

Xfit WOD:

Between you and your partner complete 300 KB swings

Then…complete 10 rds of;

5 wall balls

5 HRPU’s

5 Box jumps (30″)

Then…between you and your partner complete 200 KB swings
