  • 9 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)
  • 6 Push Jerks (155/105)
  • Above weight is the Rx’d weight for DT. If you decide to do that weight, times should range from 9-19 minutes. Reduce weight and make sure to complete WOD =<20 minutes.
