Xfit WOD:

3.2.1…go complete AMRAP of;

3 Power cleans (115/75)

5 Front squats (115/75)

17 Wall balls

At the top of every 2 minutes complete the following triplet – 2 pull ups, 3 push ups and 4 squats. Each 2 minutes thereafter add one rep to each exercise.

Time cap 20 minutes.
