Warm up:
Warmy+
5×3 front squats + 25 single skips
Xfit WOD:
25 minute AMRAP of;
20 KB swings and 20 KB squats while parter hangs from pull up bar, switch.
Then, 7 Power cleans (95/65) and 10 box jumps (28/24) – P1 starts on PC’s while P2 on jumps, switch.
Once PC’s and jumps have been performed by both partners, start with swings and squats again and continue this sequence until time expires.
