- 22 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
- 22 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- 22 Burpees
- 22 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
**P1 starts and completes swings and jumps while P2 completes burpees and wall balls. Once each partner has finished the Rx’d rep count a switch is made. Continue this sequence until each partner completes 5 rounds of all exercises. Who ever finishes first, a rest of one minute starts. This minute is for both partners. If one of the partners is still working, they’re losing rest time. Once the minute is up both partners start working on their Rx’d exercises.
