  • 66 Deadlifts (110/75)
  • 66 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 66 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
  • 66 Knees-to-Elbows – partners split reps
  • 66 Sit-Ups
  • 66 Pull-Ups – partners split reps
  • 66 Thrusters (65/45)
  • 66 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
  • 66 Burpees
  • 66 Double-Unders (3:1 singles)

**Partner up. Each partner completes 66 reps at each station unless otherwise noted. You do not need to finish the Rx’d rep count at each exercise before moving to the next one.
