Warm up:

Warmy+

5×5 Power cleans + 25 jumping jacks

Xfit WOD:

  • 10 Rounds for Time
  • 8 Ground-to-Overheads (95/65 lb)
  • 10 Burpees to plate
  • Plate push down (P1) and back (P2)
  • **while P1 works GTO, P2 works burpees. Switch, then each partner completes one plate push before next round starts.

Pull up work;
