Another G.D. birthday WOD. Guess this one isn’t too bad – Happy Birthday JT, glad someone in the group is under 20 – way to rock the cradle, Ginger!!

Warm Up:

Warmy+

Take 6 minutes and warm up on today’s exercises

Xfit WOD:

For time, complete the following;

37 Burpees (non-weighted)

37 Power cleans ((95/65)

37 Wall balls

37 Push ups

37 Front squats (95/65)

37 Pull ups (non-weighted)

37 Box jumps (24″)

37 Push press (95/65)

37(0) meter run (or in other words, run like Greg – cut the corners. That should equal 370 meters on a 400 meter track.

37 Lunges (95/65)

**wear weighted vest except for the exercises noted above.
