Frog leap burpees

DU’s (3:1 single skips)

Then 1 rds of Cindy

**Cindy is after each exercise and its respected red count. For example, once 21 GTH is complete, perform 1 rd of Cindy then start with burpees…etc. 18 total rds of Cindy.
