Warm up:

Complete the following;

12 minutes of;

16 wall balls (20/14)

8 HSPU’s (Rx’d or modified)

Station 2;

10 minutes of;

5 Thrusters (95/65)

7 pull ups

Station 3;

8 minutes of;

10 K2E

5 deadlifts (185/115)

**partners switch back and forth there’s a 30 second rest in between the stations.

2×2 minutes of couch stretch, each leg. Finish with a bar hang for max time.
