Xfit WOD:
- 100 Curtis P’s (105/70 lb)
One “Curtis P” complex is comprised of one Power Clean, one Lunge (each leg), and one Push Press.
With a running clock, perform 100 Curtis P’s as fast as possible. Complete each complex unbroken, without letting go of the bar. Rest as needed between each complex.
