  • 30 Burpees to Target
  • 10/10 Toes2Bar / Pull up
  • 10 Deadlifts (185/95)
  • 10/10 Toes2Bar / Pull up
  • 30 Leap Frog Burpees w/ partner
  • 40 Box Jumps (24/20”)
  • 50 Alternating Front Rack Lunges (75/55)
  • Pull up work;
  • 5×5, accumulate 50 push ups in between pull up sets and 30 second bottom position squat holds.
