3 laps around gym then 3 rds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats

4 laps around gym then 2 rds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats

5 laps around gym then 1 rd of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats

2×2 minutes of couch stretch
