Tabata, 3 Rds. of;

High Kicks

Xfit WOD:

We’ll be out on the field for day’s WOD.

“Sixteen Candles” a tribute to

4 rounds for time of;

With your partner, perform leapfrog burpees at the South end of the field and go the length from West to East.

Then from South to North, perform synchro lunges.

Exercise 3 are bear crawls, go the length of the field from East to West. One partner crawling at a time.

Last, run with your partner from North to South. This completes one round.

**rds 2&4, replace leapfrog with burpee to broad jumps, partners alternating and replace bear crawl with wheelbarrow walks, each partner goes half of the distance.

Pull up work;
