Warm Up:

Warmy+

4×4 Ground to Overhead + jog around the gym

Xfit WOD:

  • 30 Rounds for Time (with a Partner)
  • 5 HRPU’s
  • 5 Power Cleans (95/65)
  • 5 Push Press (95/65)
  • 5 Squat Cleans (95/65)
  • 5 HRPU’s
  • Every 5 minutes, complete:
  • Plate Push – P1 down,P2 back
  • Switch after completing 1 full round.

With a running clock, complete 30 rounds of the prescribed work as fast as possible. Every 5 minutes, complete a plate push with your partner. Athlete must complete 1 full round before switching.
