Tabata, 3 rds of;

T2B

Push ups

Squats

Push press (barbell only)

Xfit WOD:

AMRAP, w/ partner for 25 minutes;

20 Front squats (95/65)

25 HRPUs

25 Wall ball

20 Pull ups

While P1 works, P2 runs 2 laps around the gym. Once P2 returns, he/she picks up from where P1 stopped. P1 then runs their 2 laps…etc. until 25 minutes is up.
