Station #1:

Burpee over box (24/20″), use court lines to determine burpee count. The box will be set up at baseline, and suicide runs will be performed. First line 9 burpees, half court 7 burpees, 3/4 line 5 burpees, and baseline 3 burpees. While P1 works in this exercise, P2 accumulates AMWBAP (20/14).

Time cap 14 minutes

Rest for 1 minute…switch to the next station

Station #2:

Heavy KB walks for 1 minute while partner accumulates AMROCindy

Time cap 14 minutes

The team accumulating the most rep count between wall balls and Cindy wins! Losers complete 50 K2E (Total)
