Station 1, 10 minutes of;

AMRAP of Thrusters (95/65)

**While P1 is completing thrusters, P2 completes 2 rounds of “Cindy” and then a switch occurs. Continue until the 10 minutes is up.**

Rest for 1 minute, then…

Station 2, 10 minutes of;

10 KB swings (53/35)

10 Box jumps (24/20″)

**P1 starts on swings and P2 box jumps, once each finishes the Rx’d rep count, switch. Continue until the 10 minutes is up**

Rest for 1 minute, then…

Station 3, 10 minutes of;

AMRAP of weighted sit-ups

**While P1 performs sit-ups, P2 pushes plate baseline to baseline. Switch once P2 is back at the starting position. Continue until the 10 minutes is up**

Couch stretch 2×2 each leg + 3-minute bottom position squat hold
