Xfit WOD:

  • 44 Rounds For Time (with a Partner):
  • 4 Wall Ball Cleans (20/14)
  • 4 Pull-Ups
  • 4 Burpees to 45# plate
  • 4 Thrusters (95/65)

On a running clock, perform 44 rounds of the prescribed work in the order written, as fast as possible.

One partner works at a time while the other rests (“you go, I go” style). Partners may partition the work as needed. Repetition counts are totals to be shared between partners.

Couch stretch 1×2, + 3 minute bottom position squat hold
