Warm-up

Warmy+

4×4 deadlift + 30 single skips

Xfit WOD:

25 minute AMRAP of;

10 deadlifts (135/95)

10 Box jumps (after last box jump rep, 1 lap around the gym – start second round once partner finishes their last box jump rep)

**7 rounds, each partner

Then…

10 Front squats (115/75)

10 Push-up (weighted, 10# plate on partners back) – once last push-up rep is finished, run 1 lap around the gym

**7 rounds, each partner

Any remaining time, partners grab weighted barbell (135) and walk down to baseline where the weight is dropped and 6 burpee over bar is performed. Continue this until time expires.

Pull up work;
